The pharmacy is the BEST. in Cleburne. They go above and beyond to get you low rates on co-pays for your medications. That's Voo, the sweet pharmacist in the picture. One medication was going to cost me $10. They did even better than GoodRx, and got it down to $4.82. They do all the work calling your doctor and figuring out refills! You don't have to do anything! Also, if you can't pay for your prescription right away, they will hold it for 13 days and renew it if you need more time. HEB only allows 10 days before they return it to stock and you can't extend that time. You have to call again for them to fill it again. The pharmacist Voo is so knowledgeable and kind. He makes sure you have an understanding before he gets off of the phone or goes to the next customer in line. He gives inside information about the prescription process so you know how things are moving along with your prescription. The whole team is nice and caring. Just like family. I tell them how much I appreciate them. At HEB, they are very cliquish. If you complain, they will find a way to dismiss you as a customer. As a healthcare worker, this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Go to Albertsons, the co-pays are lower and you will be treated in an excellent, professional manner.

Second time of place to pick up order here and it delays in the last 10 minutes before pickup. I will not be picking up an order from here again. The young kid skipped over me to help someone else that they had their order ready for and then could not tell me anything about my order. The manager on shift also was of no help.

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

Hi Jaci! We’re sorry to hear about your experience with your pickup order. Delays and inconsistent service at checkout are not what we aim for, and we understand how frustrating that must have been—especially after a long wait. We also regret that our team and manager were not able to assist you properly. Your feedback has been shared with store leadership for review and follow-up. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Feel free to reach out to us at our Contact Us page on the website if there's anything else you'd like to share or need help with.

Clean store with nice selection and great staff. Unfortunately their prices are very high compared to HEB, Kroger and Walmart. There’s a lot of residential areas very close who would probably shop there more often if the prices were comparable to the other stores in the area.

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

Thank you for sharing such positive feedback, Kathy. It’s wonderful to hear the store is kept clean, offers a nice selection, and that the staff made a great impression. We will forward your concerns to the appropriate team to ensure they are properly reviewed. For more concerns and suggestions, please reach out to us via the “Contact Us” page on our official website and provide us with phone number and reference this google review. Thank you.
