I ordered 4 large party trays from albertsons, a few days from an event that i had locally. paid. My husband went in on the day to pickup the trays, which we completed without issue. However, on the way out, the cart was locked at the door causing my husband to hit the cart with his leg and then have some of the contents of the cart fall out and on to the ground. The 3 employees then accused my husband of stealing and even when verifying the reciept, they did not even help him pickup the contents from the ground. I called to speak to the manager, because honestly what company does that? The front end manager was nice enough, but stated thay the store manager would be calling. Its been 8 days without any contact. I dont expect anytype of compensation but with an aging community this store needs to do better. I have another 3 day event coming up and I will be going to savemart. Not only did this completely embaress my husband but they didnt even attempt to be helpful after their mistake. The store manager and the customer service is laughable.
