Dear Cesar,We are truly sorry to hear about the unfortunate situation you experienced on your last night and the loss of your money. We completely understand how frustrating and upsetting this must be.However, we must point out that your accusations against our hostel and staff are completely misguided. Upon check-in, all guests are clearly informed that they are solely responsible for their own valuables. This is exactly why we provide lockers in our 8-bed dormitories. Guests are expected to use their own padlocks to secure their belongings inside these lockers, which, unfortunately, you neglected to do.Furthermore, our reception staff acted correctly and professionally at all times. They assisted you immediately and advised you to go to the police to file an official report, which is the standard and proper protocol. Your claim that the hostel and the police are somehow "in on it" together is a very serious, completely false, and unfounded accusation.Maintaining security in a shared dormitory environment requires cooperation; guests must also do their part by utilizing the lockers and security measures provided to them.Kind regards,ManagementAlessandro Palace & Bar
