I’m from Detroit in the USA. We have very thick crust pizza there and that what I prefer. “Alice” serves thing crust pizza. However, I can say that it is the BEST thin crust pizza I’ve ever had. It is not hard like a cracker, but it isn’t too soft either. I think they out a little margarine or olive oil on the pan, and lots of corn grits maybe? Whatever it is, it’s GREAT. This is the only thing crust pizza I’ve ever had where the part without topping was as good as the part with sauce/cheese/etc. and this Marguerita pizza was ¥1100 on May 8, 2026. That’s very reasonable. I had to wait about five minutes for a table and I’m not really sure why. There were at least 10 tables clean and ready when I came in (only one couple ahead of me). This wasn’t a big problem though. The checkout is completely automated too. It lacks the “human touch” but it isn’t hard to figure out. Really excellent food.
