Ordered a calzone pizza the pizza came as a normal pizza (which was more expensive) rang up and told them they got my order wrong they sent out the right order about 20/30 mins later. A guy from Ali’s not a delivery driver delivered my food I was apologetic that he had to call out again he said no problem was fine then I said is there change from my money seeing my actual order was much cheaper then the order they gave me he said no no was the same price I said no I handed £20 pounds over the original price was around £15-17 pounds he stood in my garden arguing with me being rude and completely disrespectful saying “I was crying over change” yet they gave me the wrong order took over an hour n a half to receive my original order. Was being totally belligerent in MY OWN GARDEN belittling me and arguing with me at 11:30 at night yet they gave my my wrong over , over charged me and then for an older man to be standing In my garden arguing with me over change!! I don’t care if it’s 2p or change from £5 it’s the principle of receiving the wrong order and also the complete disrespect. I order frequently from this place so do family seeing it’s within a 3/4 min drive from my home. Total disregard to respect to other people under their wrong doings a few run ins with this place. Will not be ordering again!!! Highly disrespectful and intimidating behaviour. The change didn’t matter to be it’s how his attitude and rude behaviour towards me lead to this. STAY AWAY!! Much better takeaway places within a few minutes. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
