Customer service leaves something to be desired cold meal delivery too long. The more it evolves, the less good it becomes. For my part these are finished. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order placed at 6 p.m. at opening, I request delivery as usual to Fleury sur Loire... I am told OK. 30 minutes later they called me and told me we no longer deliver to Fleury, you have to go to April sur Loire. I said OK, even though they always delivered to us. 8:30 p.m. always no order, no news, I call... I am told there is a delay we must deliver St Lights of the Vines before...... (isn't there a problem!?) I ordered from 6 p.m..... They tell me I'm leaving at 9 p.m. delivered to you... she calls me at 9:15 p.m. I'm at the bridge in April, we're going, no one (didn't take the with us) we go back, we call dsl I came back on decize you have to come and look there because I saw no one..... I am taking the liberty of writing a review after an order made at home today and also in the face of the recent increase in negative reviews which I find particularly unfounded. Since I moved to Decize in 2021, I have quite frequently ordered all kinds of products from Allo Pizza and I have never had to complain: I have never gotten sick and everything has always been very good and delivered punctually. Whether it's tacos, fries, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas etc... absolutely EVERYTHING is good at Allo Pizza and at very good prices! So I invite people to go check for themselves and not hesitate to order from Allo Pizza! Service: Delivery Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
