Kacchi Biryani Review Recently, I had the opportunity to try Kacchi Biryani at a renowned restaurant in Feni(AlmaZ Kitchen), and it was an unforgettable experience. Here’s my detailed review: 1. Ambience & Presentation The restaurant had a clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Even before tasting the food, the elegant decorations and seating arrangement made the experience enjoyable. The Kacchi Biryani was beautifully plated with soft potatoes and a light salad, making it visually appealing and mouth-watering. 2. Taste & Texture The taste of the Kacchi Biryani was simply outstanding: Meat: The meat was incredibly tender, melting in the mouth with each bite. Cooked with rich spices and ghee, it retained all its juicy flavors. Rice: The rice was perfectly cooked—fluffy and separate, infused with aromatic spices that added depth to every bite. Spices: The balance of cinnamon, cardamom, saffron, and other spices was impeccable, ensuring a rich, fragrant taste in every mouthful. 3. Price & Value The quality of the Kacchi Biryani justified the price. It was competitively priced, making it a great option for family or friends to enjoy on special occasions. In summary, my experience with this Kacchi Biryani was memorable. With excellent presentation, delightful flavors, and a cozy ambiance, it’s a dish I would definitely return for. Review: Dissatisfying Experience at Almaz Kitchen, Feni Branch. While the flavor of the kacci was acceptable, the overall experience was a letdown. The mutton pieces in the Standard Kacchi were inconsistent in size and quality, one piece was simply not up to par. we have order 5person kacci single dish. Most importantly, the Kababs were poor in taste and quality. When we raised this concern, the waiter was dismissive, simply stating, "This is how it tastes." The management and cash desk staff showed a complete lack of professionalism in handling customer feedback. If you only care about the kacci, it is okay, but due to the poor Kababs and rude service, I cannot recommend this place for a complete meal.. #19 March 2026 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ৳2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not the best kacchi in town. Average quality. I personally didn't like it the mutton was full of fat, less meat. I will not go there next time. Price per person: ৳400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
