Ordered black garlic oil ramen w/spicy oil added for take out. This was my first time trying this restaurant and I was excited due to the high ratings. Unfortunately, my bowl of ramen does not mirror the other great reviews I read. The bowl was not worth the $17 I spent! They overload the base of the bowl with noodles and only give 1 extremely thin slice of pork belly portion. I was very disappointed about this. The broth is thin, not very rich in flavor, watery to be honest. Pretty standard toppings..bamboo shoots, corn, kikurage mushroom, scallions, egg, nori sheet etc... The atmosphere is decent for anyone looking to dine-in, nice mural painted in black and white along with simple two-top tables. The woman who took my order was pleasant and recommended the fiery chicken to come back and try. However, I likely won’t be back as I already frequent a different ramen restaurant whose ramen I really love. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
