I offered everyone in your group to come back to prove to you that we can do better - on the house, of course. Unfortunately, you didn't accept this offer and instead wrote another negative review, even after some time had passed. We are aware that mistakes were made on the evening in question, which we also admit. However, your group's criticism seems excessive to us. Our tapa plate (tip from a Spanish boss/friend) is authentic and the purchase price justifies the retail price. Before and after their visit, many other guests enjoyed the tapa plate and rated it as very good. I hope you understand that we take our guests' reviews seriously and do not want to portray them as deceivers. However, the reviews written by you and your group do not seem to be constructive, but rather damaging to business. I invite you again to come visit us.
