I recently had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant "Die Alte Sattlerei" in Dippoldiswalde and I must say that I am absolutely delighted. This restaurant undoubtedly deserves five stars for its superior dining experience. The interior of the old saddlery is noble and at the same time incredibly comfortable. The combination of stylish elements and the cozy atmosphere creates an inviting environment. The restaurant is lovingly designed, with special attention to detail, and immediately conveys a feeling of warmth and hospitality. Now for the most important part - the food! I chose the beef tenderloin accompanied by beans, salad and crispy fries. And I can only say: It was an absolute treat! The beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. Every bite was a true taste experience. The tender texture of the meat paired beautifully with the hearty sauce, and the side dishes were fresh and attractively arranged. The beans were crisp, the salad fresh and the crispy fries a delicious treat. It was a feast for the senses! The service in the restaurant was also outstanding. The staff was attentive, polite and made sure we weren't lacking. The waitstaff was competent and friendly, and the food was served promptly. We felt well looked after at all times and were able to enjoy our evening to the fullest. The restaurant's extensive drinks menu is also worth mentioning. There is a variety of fine wines, soft drinks and cocktails to round off the culinary delight. There is something suitable for every taste. All in all, my visit to the old saddlery was an absolute highlight. The restaurant inspires with excellent cuisine, elegant furnishings and a very cozy atmosphere. That's why I give the Alte Sattlerei five stars and warmly recommend it to all gourmets looking for an extraordinary culinary experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30
