What your workers are doing to customers is very bad. I always take out and yesterday and today I decided to do delivery,delivery service was very bad just from block c to to block A it took them almost two hours to deliver my food. And today what they did really pissed me off you mistakenly gave me something I didn’t need on my food and I called to tell them, and they reassured me I will receive it ,1hour passed by and I had to go there myself for it it’s so bad .And not an apology from any of them Meal type: Dinner Price per person: GH₵1–50

Very poor delivery service. I ordered for food and it got delivered to me 2 hours after. The pack was very light weight and when I opened it, it was almost empty, like someone had eaten off it! Very very bad and it wasn’t hot, tasted bland. If not because other options weren’t available, I wouldn’t have bothered ordering from them! Note that my hall is less than a 5 minute walk from Alvaros but I couldn’t go personally because I wasn’t fit enough to walk. I wish I could add a picture of the food they delivered to me Meal type: Dinner Price per person: GH₵1–50 Food: 1 Service: 1
