I think forest houses or hiking huts are great. These are usually in the middle of nature and have a beautiful view. I then think of stews with wieners or other simple treats. The Forsthaus surprises with beef roulades or roast pork on the menu. The food we ordered came after ONE hour!!! Nobody pointed out this long waiting time to us. What came next is hard to describe: a roulade, soggy and tasteless, red cabbage without structure and completely falling apart, a dry roast pork that tasted like cardboard. I have no idea how anyone can offer something like that... never again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
