I've tried 3 times to leave an employee compliment for Elizabeth. I called customer service and finally got a mobile number to the wrong location and they couldn't give me a number to this location. I'm not sure how else to let Amazon know what an asset this employee is. My dash cart was malfunctioning and whatever it did locked my card. My $20 in coupons were gone and all my items had to be rerung. All while some old hag accused my husband of trying to steal bananas and judging my frozen food purchases. Yes, ma'am I do need 8 bags of asian medley. I'm feeding 4 humans out here in the DMV. It's slightly higher in sodium than I like but I don't remember the part where I asked your opinion. Anyhow, Elizabeth kindly rescanned all our items and made sure all our coupons were applied. She was kind and efficient which was a completely different vibe from the dude who told me to go stand in the line. I hope this compliment makes it to her because if not for her I probably wouldn't come back. Also, shame on you Amazon that it was so hard for me to give an employee an official compliment. You may be a machine but Elizabeth is more than a cog and should be recognized as such.
