I was hoping to get a veg or egg roti but they were not going to be ready for an hour. Instead I had a couple of the fried goods in the window. There was a fried hard boiled eggs with potatoes and spices which was pretty tasty. A good find as you walk arouns. Cheap local food. Where the locals eat. Say no more. If you are in galle fort and want sri lankan food - go here. Enough English to order what you want - just ask. Or do what we did - they said "sit" and brought us a perfect lunch of roti, curry, samosas. Yum Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 1–1,000
