All in all. This was my first time visiting this American BBQ establishment. Let's start with the surroundings. Honestly. Everything is very beautiful inside. Really. The design is like an American pub. I’m impressed that there are so many details that you can look at, the place looks like it’s from a movie. Contingent of people. Well, the young people who came just to eat burgers and the adults who drink beer, and it seems to me that most likely this was not the first and not the last time they came to this establishment, there was no particular discomfort being among such people. The music perfectly breaks up the dialogues with my tete-a-tete and the playlist didn’t particularly infuriate me. Prices and drinks are of course more expensive than in the city. Juices and drinks 4 rub. Tea 7 rubles coffee normally 5-7 rubles. Beer is also a plus, because I don’t remember that in Minsk such an establishment had such a variety of beer that you rarely see even in a store. It’s a pity that my favorite new castle, which I haven’t seen for 5 years, was missing. I looked at the prices of food, and there weren’t any particularly expensive items. I came with a girl who had been to this establishment before and had followed it before. From 03.10 to 31.10 there is a set price of 50 rubles per 2 kg 800 grams. Of course you have to try it. But now let's evaluate the food, I thought. The knuckle is fair. Not good. Maybe the whole point was that it was necessary to specify the doneness, although it seems to be cooked according to the same principle everywhere. The meat appears to be cooked. But the bloody layers and the pink color of the meat were not pleasant for me to eat. Country-style potatoes are super. BBQ wings have the same problem. Instead of frying, they smoked them. But not all wings. They don't finish cooking. A plate with pickles and Korean carrots without pretensions. I don't understand corn. BBQ establishment And fry it or at least throw a little heat on it, squeezed. Although I could pull it out. Sauce top. The coolest moment was when the food arrived. The staff turned the music up to +30 volume and I ate my food with rock music and shook my head so that there could be more food in it. The staff is relaxed and there are no questions for them. They work, well, let them work, and I eat and evaluate. I wouldn't even write if they didn't ask. In principle, it’s worth trying a set for 50 rubles, because it seems to be supposed to attract new visitors. But I wouldn’t eat such a set a second time. Maybe I'll come back and try other dishes. But so far everything is great except the food itself. 50/50. I would definitely get knocked up for a drink. But I would think twice about the food. Thanks for the evening.
