When to get coffee with my 20 ounce coffee mug, to keep my coffee warm. The lady from America’s donuts was so rude. I kept telling her it’s only 20 ounces she kept saying it was more. I showed her the bottom of my mug stated 20 ounces. She continued to be rude to me, so I quietly left the place. She continued to be rude while I was walking out. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I went in this morning due to having having the time, I live nearby so I'm thinking this could become part of my morning ritual before work. I get a single chocolate croissant for $3.45. Simple, easy transaction. I place a dollar and exactly 10 quarters down. I WATCH THE WOMAN PALM A QUARTER AND TELL ME ITS NOT ENOUGH! I stand there and consider tripping for a moment, she's insulting my perception and intelligence. Especial because those 10 quarters were all I had in my pocket besides 3 dimes. I feel my pocket and there's only 3 dimes. She continues to tell me it's not enough more insistently now. I put the 3 dimes down to see what she'll do, and of course she goes for it and I have to snatch one back and say that the amount is indeed exactly enough. She looked amazingly disgruntled. It was just change this time, but apparently she thinks she's quite quick and clever so I'm sure she's confident enough due to doing things like this often to people who are in a hurry and trusting. So I'll have to be counting change when I'm using full bills next time I guess... shame it had to be like this, hopefully they read these and get a clue. Food: 2 Vegetarian options: Be wary of the details when paying. It might not matter to some, but it's the principle of the matter.
