Tostadas were some of the freshest I had in years, and the topping, rice, beans were very generous....Took carry out, that's the only reason for 4 stars for service and Atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

My experience at Americanos was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering the overall cost of the meal. While I appreciate that the manager apologized for the confusion and inconvenience, there were several issues involving both customer service and food quality that significantly impacted the experience. When placing the order over the phone, communication was unclear from the beginning. I was transferred multiple times simply trying to understand what was included in the $29.99 family tray, and no staff member seemed able to provide a direct or consistent explanation. The interaction felt disorganized and lacked the level of attentiveness customers typically expect when placing a fairly large order. The pickup process added further frustration. Upon arriving, my order appeared to already be sitting at the counter, yet I still waited additional time while staff repeatedly asked for my name, whether the order had been placed online or by phone, and the total amount. Despite identifying the order several times, there was continued uncertainty before the bags were finally handed over. For a restaurant handling carryout orders regularly, the process should have been much more efficient and coordinated. Unfortunately, the food quality also did not justify the price point. Our order totaled well over $100, so expectations for freshness and preparation were naturally higher. However, the food was cold at pickup, the taco shells were overly hard, and the refried beans lacked both texture and flavor. The chicken torta was particularly disappointing, the chicken was dry, extremely tough, and difficult to chew, which made the sandwich unenjoyable overall. Finally ate the chicken soup barely any flavor or chicken. Additionally, no napkins or basic carryout essentials were included with the order. For customers considering dining here, it is important to know that this restaurant is on the more expensive side, so expectations regarding service, food quality, and overall experience are naturally elevated. Based on this visit, the experience did not align with the pricing or the standards that many customers would reasonably anticipate.
