So been going here for a long time for my petrol needs got the usual service guy in the early hours of morning ,he directed me to the window to pay clearly then changed his mind to the door ,ok cool no biggy ,once inside was spoken down to which ididnt appreciate but shrugged off ,while leaving near front door he made a remark i couldnt hear correcttly ,(said under breath) .will not be returning or my wife or family .i see this guy moves around from depo to depo he has a old subaru silver one .respect is earned and sorry this guy needs a ed u cation in people interaction,this review is common for this guy on other sites.

Dropped in just past 10am this morning, a very elderly man had accidentally said the wrong pump, the lady at the counter charged him and within a minute the man realised. He politely approached the counter, apologised and admitted his mistake. The lady at the counter Carol talked back extremely rudely and stated she knew he was saying the wrong pump and argued that she now had to now refund the man and charge him again. She did so very very rudely. The man apologised, clearly embarrassed, he was well over 80 (in my opinion) After it was all completed she began talking rudely about the man to the lady in line infront of us saying she now has to do a refund and was very rude, mimicking the old man’s conversation “I’m on pump 4” she said that he said , “I knew he was on pump 1, but noooo” she said, throwing her hands in the air and states now she has to do all this pointing to the receipts. This was so sad to see, image that being your grandpa someone was making fun of for a simple mistake. Definitely won’t be going back due to Carols disrespectful behaviour.
