Review I’ve been going to An Restaurant for over a year and have always asked for no coriander and, when possible, for onion to be added instead. Not once have I been told by any staff member that there is a $3 charge for a bowl of onion. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. Instead of simply explaining the charge professionally, the staff member argued back and said, “I’ve been working here for 3 years.” That response was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially towards a returning customer. On top of that, there was barely any beef in my pho compared to how it used to be. The portion and quality just aren’t like before, which is disappointing as someone who has been coming here regularly. It’s not about the $3 — it’s about communication, respect, and the way you speak to returning customers. I expected better service and a more professional attitude.

Hi Mariam if you could provide us with: dining time, date, table number and the staff member name (they all wear name tags), then we can start to investigate this matter. Even a receipt would be helpful.
