My fiancé and I went in for dinner this evening and it was our first time there. While waiting to get our food we had over heard that the restaurant was under new management as of April 1st. After reading all of the reviews on this page from months and years ago, I wish it was still under old management. This was the worst dining experience that I have had. We did not receive our salads only our main entrees. My fiancés order came out completely wrong, but he ate it anyways. We asked for the salads to go, our waitress never apologized for it, just walked away after we told her and brought them back boxed up. Then our bill was incorrect, but we both wanted to leave that we didn't bother saying anything and having to spend more time there. Just paid and left. The staff hangs around the hostess desk talking, sitting around at the bar talking, and sitting on the benches in the middle of the restaurant, all where the guests can see them not working. They should be doing side work or checking on their tables a little more. We will never be returning, a completely unprofessional establishment.

It my first time there. My amazing daughter, Jessica Bradshaw and future son in law, Christopher Throop, took us out to dinner. It was absolutely amazing! The food was amazing! I wish there was some good Italian in Roanoke Virginia..as anazing as in Ohio. Definitely coming back!
