The best part of my stay in Sendai was hanging out with Ando and Akira. Superb selection of whiskeys and the Tom Collins they made was first rate. First time anywhere I've travelled where they actually used Old Tom gin. They are excellent conversationalists in English as well. If I ever make it back to Sendai this will be at the top of my list. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a lovely night at Andy. Ando San was a wonderful host to us on our first night in Sendai and we wanted very badly to make it in for a second visit but did not have time. If you are visiting and staying near this bar it is the perfect way to begin or end an evening out. Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bar Andy is one of my favourite places in Sendai. Andy san is super nice and we talked a lots in simple English and Japanese. His signature cocktail is great, with a good selection of Scotch and Japanese whisky. Good vibe and very welcoming atmosphere ;) Will come back again definitely Ando san!
