Went last Saturday. I am a big fan of the food but this time the service was terrible. The bearded waiter was super aggressive, trying to rush and leave our table. I ordered a tzatziki which never came. I politely asked if he has written it down and he rudely said "I need to check, I don't remember". Well, dude I know I did I was just trying to be nice. Anyway, the tzatziki and the waiter never reappeared. So, Anestis not gonna visit you anytime soon. Price per person: €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Hi from Scotland great restaurant, humongous portions, we was not be able to eat them 2 person's so we get some at home! How ever, I will still recomand to the owner's of the placement, to have a look over there menu about alergic food or nuts on there food! I attache to easy photos get it from the greek website about! Your suce with nuts close to zukini, it was not referred on the menu! Also I will sugest to have the menu in English to, even Greeks from Astoria, New York can forget some of the greek words! We visited Anestis Steakhouse in April as a family of three. Overall, the food was okay, but the most striking aspect was the absolutely massive portion sizes. We ordered some grilled meat and a side salad, which we thought would be sufficient for two adults and a child, but it was far more than we could possibly eat. If you're heading here, be prepared for generous servings – perhaps too generous for some! While the taste of the food was decent, my meat was cooked well-done when I had expected something closer to medium-rare. This was a bit of a letdown, as I was looking forward to a different level of doneness. The service level also left something to be desired. The staff seemed rather bored and not particularly happy to be there, which unfortunately translated into a lack of attentiveness and a feeling that they weren't particularly invested in making our experience the best it could be. Taking everything into consideration – the overwhelming portion sizes, the cooking error on my meat, and the less-than-enthusiastic service – we wouldn't choose to go back to Anestis Steakhouse.
