I ordered food around noon time for the New Years, set it up to be picked up in the evening. When we were going to pick up the order the staff weren’t really accommodating. They claimed we did not order anything even though they acknowledged my order earlier at noon. I get that people can get really busy sometimes, but this is very disappointing specially since it’s for Media Noche.
