Amazing food and great value! The grilled skewers(I ordered two portions) crispy spring rolls, and mango salad were all fantastic. Fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and excellent service. Will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited early on when they first opened and found the food to be pretty good but that they needed some time to figure it the self-serve model. The mango salad was quite average but the noodle soup and spring rolls were quite good. Hope to visit again in the future.

Being the only Cambodian restaurant in Markham makes this place by default the best Cambodian restaurant in Markham, but they would own that moniker even if there were others in the area. Angkor Kitchen is a family-run operation run by incredibly friendly people, and they dish out some amazing food made fresh in front of your eyes when you order it. For $15.95 you got an amazing bowl of noodles jam-packed with beef slices, shrimp, ground pork, beef balls, and an entire beef rib. This is incredible value that is rivaled by no other restaurant in Markham. If the owner offers you to prepare this dish in a dry noodle format, take it. I do believe the dry noodle format is superior than to have the soup directly in the bowl of noodles If you order the stir-fried rice noodles, it is wok fried in front of you when you order it. The wok hat is legit, and the flames are coming out from what can generously be described as a jet afterburner. The mango salad, if a little bit sweeter than a Thai style mango salad. Nevertheless, it was incredibly delicious. This is a great addition to East Markham, and we are lucky to have them in the neighborhood. Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
