Fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. You can taste the pasta flavor in the ramen extremely delicious. We went in around 515 pm and it wasn't packed it did get busier around 6 pm but the wait is not long at all for the food. The gyoza were delightful and the ramen again I'm mentioning it twice because it was that incredible. I didn't get the egg in my ramen that I ordered but that's okay just check it's not on your bill if you don't get it but definitely worth stopping here. I will be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Take me back to Tokyo. Best Authentic Ramen noodles I've ever had, best in all of North NJ. Food is authentic and original and garden ingredients are perfect. The aroma, the taste and presentation of my bowl was impeccable and so full of flavor, felt I was transported back in time to Tokyo. Service was great and waitress was really friendly and nice with us and explained everything to us. We opted for the Chefs special noodles, so rich in flavor, I asked for extra spicy sauce on the side and side order of corn. Get the extra 6-minute marinated egg add in, worth the extra $2 dollars/bowl. The crunchy wings were amazing, with spicy sauce on the side. Owner came out to greet us and shared our enthusiasm for a great noodle experience we enjoyed immensely. We will definitely go back, again and again. Very large and generous portion size full of fresh ingredients. Try their flavourful lemonade varieties. Don't waste your time and money on the other Ramen restaurants in Montclair. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed. Every spoonful was delicious and exceptionally well worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's casual enough for a quick lunch or solo bowl, but nice enough for dates or small groups. The place gets packed fast (especially evenings and weekends), so expect a wait or lines outside during peak times—reservations are smart if available, or go for takeout. BYOB is a huge plus (no liquor license, so bring your own beer, wine, or sake—no corkage fee mentioned). **Food**. This is why people keep coming back: consistently excellent ramen with rich, flavorful broths and great noodle texture.
