An absolute gem in Toronto’s dining scene! From the moment you walk into Antylia, the energy is magnetic—it strikes the perfect balance between vibrant, modern, and genuinely welcoming. The kitchen is operating at a masterclass level. Every single dish showcases extraordinary culinary technique, pairing inventive flavor profiles with unbelievably fresh, unique ingredients that you simply won't find anywhere else in the city. You can feel the deep care, creativity, and precision behind every plate. What truly elevated our evening, though, was the faultless hospitality. The entire service team was top-notch, attentive without being intrusive, and effortless in their delivery. A special honorable mention goes to the sommelier, Adrian—his extra care, passionate recommendations, and thoughtful pairings throughout the night made the experience genuinely unforgettable. Just a phenomenal culinary journey. Still fairly underated, but not for long. Our experience at Antylia was probably the best we have ever had in Toronto. Everything, from the quality of ingredients, attention to detail, the creativity, the atmosphere, and the service and care was exceptional. We were planning our next visit before dessert. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $100+
