Absolutely disgraceful service from Apache Pizza Maynooth. I ordered from this place twice, and BOTH times they sent the wrong food. After the second time, I called to complain and the staff on the phone were completely useless. The person taking calls could barely understand English, had no idea what was going on, and instead of trying to fix the mistake, they were actually laughing and making fun of customers on the phone. This is beyond bad customer service — it’s insulting. If you can’t take orders properly or communicate with customers respectfully, you shouldn’t be working customer service at all. Getting an order wrong once can happen, but twice in a row is pure incompetence. I paid for food I didn’t order and was treated like a joke when I tried to get help. Completely unprofessional staff, terrible attitude, and zero respect for customers. I will never order from Apache Pizza Maynooth again and I would strongly recommend others avoid this place unless they enjoy wasting money and being mocked by staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Apache Pizza Maynooth. My friends and I ordered a vegetarian pizza as a takeaway. When we got home and started eating, we discovered a piece of pepperoni in the pizza. This is completely unacceptable. For some people, this may seem like a minor mistake, but for my friends, who are strictly vegetarian for religious reasons, this was deeply upsetting and distressing. This is not just about “getting an order wrong.” This is about basic food handling standards, cross-contamination, and respect for customers’ dietary choices and beliefs. When someone orders vegetarian food, they should be able to trust that it is actually vegetarian. The incident caused genuine shock, discomfort, and a loss of trust. It completely ruined what should have been a normal meal. I strongly urge this branch to take food preparation and order accuracy far more seriously. Clear separation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian ingredients is not optional, it is essential. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone who relies on dietary restrictions being respected. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

1 star Ordered at 11:50am for a 12:30pm delivery. Had to make 4 calls over nearly 2 hours chasing my order, received multiple conflicting updates, a promised manager callback that never came, and when I raised evidence of broken promises I was dismissed. Completely unacceptable service — escalated to head office. In the end I cancelled the order As of 2 weeks after posting the above , not heard back from anyone , also at the time I completed there online contact/complaint. The response appears to be just lip service Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
