Dylan is a very great bartender. Made us feel super welcome, great conversation and helped me figure out what kind of drink I would enjoy! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, managers Zach and Cody were both present and helpful during busy times and actively involved in helping the business run smoothly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

No one acknowledged us not even the manager when we walked in. We stood there for probably 3 minutes before the hostess walked over and even then she just grabbed 2 menu's and took us to a high top. Our waitress was really nice but it took almost 15 minutes to get drinks and nearly an hour to get our food. We got a bacon cheeseburger and the boneless wings. Everything came out hot and the food was good but the customer service was terrible.

Coming into Applebees for dinner tonight, after a long week and day- being promptly seated and then greeted by Tony our server, his warming welcoming smile made the day seem all better- he was quick to offer suggestions and recommendations. Coming back multiple times to make sure everything was good! I had the managers Cody and Zach stop by the table to make sure things were good! Great experience and a great way to end the day! Great management and server!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We are incredibly grateful Kris that you took time out to leave us a 5-Star review!
