We had a problem with an item. They fixed it and took it off the bill without asking. The Manager was so sweet to us. Ty Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our waitress was Kaylee she was sooo rude lowkey mouthy. Had to ask for refills like 4 different times before we got them. Mind you this was a Sunday night. My friend and I’s fries were cold. Didn’t have anyone come to our table for at least 15 minutes after we get our food. Manger gave me a 10$ off for our next order card but I don’t even wanna come back. At least he was nice. Burgers were warm that’s about the only good thing. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Have not been to any Applebee's in a very long time. Came here on recommendation and it was I think the best meal and service I have ever had from Applebee's. Wait staff was exceptional, food came out hot and a very nice large portion where I was full when I left and even the manager was walking the floor checking with tables to make sure everything was to their liking. Exceptional in all areas today!!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
