This place looks like it’s seen better days. We went there for dinner on a Saturday. I guess they were short staffed because there was no hostesses to great us. None of the staff looked our way or made eye contact when we came in. We waited 5-10 minutes before anyone directed us to a table and it wasn’t that busy. A family who came in after us, seated themselves because they waited so long. Our waitress was nice and friendly but the food wasn’t very good and the inside looked pretty beat up. They were almost completely out of TP in the restroom. The restaurant needs a serious remodel. It felt depressing inside. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We stopped in for an early dinner after antiquing. Restaurant wasn't busy at all but we had a long wait for the lack of guests. We ordered 3 appetizers, they came to the table and were small. We placed our order and the food took a long time. Our waitress was kind and attentive to us. My wife's salad was wrong (small diced tomatoes, a lot) when she asked for no tomatoes. She did her best to pick them out. Our waitress apologized for the kitchen error and offered a replacement but the wait was already terrible for a dining area that wasn't busy. Ribs were no where close to "fall of the bones" as described and were HEAVILY seasoned and dry even with the bbq sauce. Other items like boneless wings were cold upon arrival (as an entree) for the teens. When brought up the waitress was sincere and still attentive. She went and got the manager and thats where it went further downhill. The manager was argumentative with us as we described what was going on and stated the wings were and appetizer and thats probably why they were "cold" even after we and the waitress stated it was a meal and all delivered together. The manager was very defensive towards us and kinda treated us like we were beneath her. After us talking to the manager we seen said manager take the waitress to the side in the dining area in front of customers by the restroom area and scolded the waitress. 1, it wasn't the time or place to be handled 2, the waitress was visibly emotional after this scolding was given in customer view. One of our party even walked up to the restroom during it and heard and it was at that time the manager walked away. UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. Feel sorry for our waitress. Yes, SOME of the meal was comped and we were given 3 $5 off coupons lol The interior was in distress and lighting was horribly low also Do better Applebee's! I hear that the District manager looks at every Google review ....ask your daughter if she remembers us, sir Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our server, Crissiana, was efficient and pleasant! My husband had a cheeseburger and fries. His cheeseburger was good, however the fries were cold. I had grilled chicken breast. The chicken was a little over seasoned for my taste - a bit salty. The side of broccoli was good, but I only received 5 small florets. The mashed potatoes were good. My biggest disappointment is the atmosphere. The walls are in need of paint, the wallpaper is curling between strips, some of the windows need a good cleaning, and the picture on the wall near my booth was filthy with smudges and fingerprints. These all lead to an uncleanly atmosphere. Applebees needs to put some serious attention into cleaning and updating this restaurant. The atmosphere kind of ruined an otherwise nice meal. If asked in the future where I want to go to eat, Applebees will not be a choice for me. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
