We recently visited Applebee's and ordered the All You Can Eat Riblets, Boneless Wings, and Shrimp. The food was okay and met expectations, but the real highlight of our visit was the service. Destiny was an outstanding server—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The manager was also wonderful and made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. While the food was just average, the excellent customer service from Destiny and the manager made for a very enjoyable dining experience. Great service can make all the difference, and they definitely deserve recognition! Price per person: $10–20

Energy was horrible. Felt dead when we walked in. Our server came to our table sweeping out the broom to the side and proceeded to take our order, after a bit of miscommunication 2 of the servers had short tempers and bad attitudes, asked to speak to the manager and he looked dirty and was very nonchalant and customer service was horrible. Ended up leaving and not ordering just a waste of time and energy. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
