My family an i came to have dinner, we arrived and sat down at 9:30 pm.. 1.5 hours BEFORE close. once our server came over to us he made sure to tell us how short staffed they were and that he would not be able to check in on us often. he then brought our food out and we asked for a refill on our sons drink at 10:02 pm and he told us they were closed.. once he brought the refill he said “my manager asked me “why are you refilling their drinks if we are closed” “ i honestly could not believe he had repeated that conversation back to us THE CUSTOMERS!! we then asked for boxes since he made it very uncomfortable and obvious that he did not want us there anymore. once i received the bill i went and spoke to the manager who never once apologized but instead said “yeah well we had people call off today”. i am so beyond disappointed and disgusted. we did NOT get to finish our dinner. we packed it in boxes and left. i will not return ever to this location. i truly can’t believe employees and the management treat paying customers this way.. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Applebee's is easily one of the worst Applebee's establishments I've ever been to. The manager refused to put my drink in a mucho cup, which should have been a simple ask. Like, really?? He also poured my shot on the side - when I explicitly asked for it to be poured in my cocktail. If I'm paying $11 for drink, it should at least be made correctly. After he left the bar, a different bartender took shift and took over 45 minutes to make one LIT. The bar and the restaurant were almost empty, and my friend had to take his drink to-go because we were leaving. And if all of that wasn't enough, the food was mid at best. We've been to plenty of Applebee's and have never had waffle fries or wings as sad-looking as the ones that we were served at this Applebee's. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience. I will not be going here again. Stick to the Woodhaven location if you're craving Applebee's. Key Notes: slow service sub-par food bad hospitality Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had such an amazing experience at Applebee’s Grill + Bar thanks to our waitress, Daysia. From the moment we sat down, she brought such a warm, welcoming energy to the table. She was attentive without being overbearing, kept everything flowing smoothly, and made us feel genuinely taken care of the entire time. What really stood out was her personality. She was friendly, charismatic, and had the kind of positive attitude that completely changes the atmosphere of a meal. Even when the restaurant got busy, she stayed professional, patient, and incredibly efficient. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out correctly, and she checked in at all the right moments. Great customer service is hard to find, but Daysia made the experience memorable. She deserves recognition for how naturally she connects with people and how much pride she clearly takes in her work. Applebee’s is lucky to have her, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of the experience she created. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
