Always great food and great service at this place! We came around 4 o’clock and got a booth right away. Phil was our server and he was very kind and quick and attentive. Thanks for a great time! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Let me start off by saying this is a management issue. This is graduation weekend, and I’m not sure who manages the store, but almost all restaurants are busy graduation weekends and need more staff to help out. So first, we had a 9-top, we were told a 20-minute wait, which isn’t a problem. We then waited 55 minutes. We decided to just sit at two booths instead of a table, which is fine, but we should have been offered it or told a more reasonable time in the beginning, which they then had to wait on a server. We then sat, ordered drinks, and had some drinks from the bar. The bar took over 20 minutes for some drinks, and the issue was the one lady running the bar had to help with tables and bringing food out because they were understaffed. The food came out decent; the later it got, some of it was cold. The service, the atmosphere, the timely manner were horrible. I just feel like this isn’t any means a server or worker problem more than it is a restaurant failure on their end. Employees setting them up for failure. They did not have enough employees, and the building wasn’t even full of customers. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
