Usually I don't leave not so good reviews because, people don't brag/acknowledge the good anymore. However, as a patron that frequents Applebee's often I was quite disappointed tonight. My best friend and I decided to have Applebee's for dinner and had Jenny as our waitress. Initially per expectation she introduced herself and took our order. Once we received our appetizer the service starts declining from there. She didn't come check on us. I watched her exit the building to catch some air. She was gone for quite some time. We had completed the appetizer and usually we don't because the main course usually soon follows. I had to ask another waitress if she could check on our food to ensure its not cold. Once Jenny caught wind that another server was assisting us... She finally came with our meal- once again did not check on us. When she bought our meals I was missing my bread sticks. Jenny ensured she was making fresh sticks (probably because the other ones were cold and hard). My best friend fries were cold and my meal was lukewarm. Again usually, I get great service. However, Jenny was very forgetful and was not attentive during this slow night. It was not a crowded busy night since it was just 2 handful of people in the establishment. Jenny had a bad attitude and didn't even apologize once I bought to her attention the temperature of the food and her service. If you do go to this Applebee's get anybody other than Jenny. She's forgetful and not a friendly person. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

No one came to sit us or even greet us. After about 10 minutes we decided to leave. The day before my brother and his gf went to get their endless wings and they were treated exactly the same. Idk if the staff sucks later in the night or this place is just going down with the rest of Macon but yeah do not recommend. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always appreciate seeing Crystal behind the bar. She’s incredibly sweet, attentive, and quick, and she makes the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Vanessa, the manager, is just as amazing. I see her every time I come in, and she always makes sure I’m taken care of. The consistency in service here really stands out. Thank you ladies!
