My mother and I recently visited Applebee’s, and before we even made it inside, we had such a positive experience. My elderly mother was having a little trouble walking through the parking lot, and a young employee named Hannah noticed right away and came over to help us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful. She helped my mother safely get where she needed to go and treated her with genuine care, which meant a lot to both of us. It’s rare to see someone go out of their way to help a complete stranger without being asked. Later, I found out Hannah works as one of the dishwashers. While most customers never get the chance to meet the people working behind the scenes, I wanted to make sure her kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Employees like Hannah make a difference and are a great reflection of the restaurant. Thank you, Hannah, for your compassion and willingness to help. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
