Horrible food. Dry nachos with jalapeños and guacamole coming out hot, lacked any seasoning or flavor. Bourbon Street Steak eventually came out well done instead of a medium floating in oil. Server was apologetic. Music and vibe was good.

There were 6 of us celebrating my nephews 24th birthday. Seating was fine. Put us where we’ve been every year. The waiter they gave us wasn’t assigned to that area. He was working another area farther away. Needless to say we didn’t get checked on very often. The manager even came over after they overheard us talking about poor service. Didn’t make a difference. The food was mediocre. Not enough napkins, not enough refills. I shouldn’t complain about the waiter, but in that kind of business your appearance matters, and his was way out in left field. This place has gone down hill from the chain trying to compete with way too many choices on the menus to the taste of food to the atmosphere. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
