Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de Applebee's Grill + Bar, puesto que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sus satisfactorios precios no encajan con este este lugar. Su silenciosa atmósfera es exactamente lo que necesitas tras una larga semana de trabajo. Pero este lugar no es muy apreciado por los usuarios de Google, quienes le han dado una valoración por debajo de la media.

the silverware needs to come with the food I had to stare at my chicken Penn for about 5 minutes while the wind from the water cools my plate other than that mess up it was good

My boyfriend and I decided to go and give this place another chance due to the poor service we got last time. Upon entering we were told there was going to be a 10 to 15 minute wait. That is not a problem; however, there were many tables available. Just apparently a lack of servers and kitchen staff. Then when the hostess went to seat us, she was going to put us in the bar area without asking if that was okay with us. I told her I did not want to sit there and wanted a booth of which there was plenty. She basically said well I just sat those other people at a booth so I am going to give you a table and I said no I want a booth. She then basically threw the menus down onto a small booth and said in a rather nasty and rude tone "there it will be that one". and walked away. What I wanted to order for food, I did not end up getting because they did not have all the stuff for it. I ended up getting the Fiesta Lime Chicken and they substituted Mashed Potatoes for me, which was amazing. The waitress we had was for the most part, friendly and helpful and attentive. Not many issues with that. After the rudeness and lack of staff of this Applebee's, I will now drive the extra 15 or 25 minutes to Rockledge or Palm Bay to go to someplace with better staff and service. The last time I will frequent Applebee's in Merritt Island. You have lost my business.
