The staff never acknowledge that you are there to pick up an order and are rude and unprofessional. The man at the bar was really rude when I was picking up a catering order. Set the food down hard on the counter and didn’t tell me that it was ready to take. If he’s going to treat people that way then maybe he should find a new job Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have came in twice in 24 hours to pick up a door dash and was told the first time that he didn't know if it was my order and that I needed to ask the other bartender..when it was simple to check the receipt and hand it to me. Instead I waited and still had to check the order myself before I was addressed. Today I came in and asked for my order and didn't even get a response from today's bartender she turned around and went to a different table to get their order. Then went back to stocking the bar. When it was ready she didn't even say here's your order have a nice day she just handed it to me and asked another waitress if she knew how to turn on the TV above the bar. Highly disappointed I pick up orders in bigger cities and have never been treated this poorly And I'm pretty certain that the bartender working this morning has been there for years no excuse I should be treated just like any other customer coming in that door Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
