My Balsamic Strawberry Salad had 7 thin slivers of strawberries...basically an onion and tomato salad with NO dressing, NO utensils, NO napkins. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

I had an amazing experience at this Applebee's! It was my first time coming here and the food and service was fantastic. The environment is very welcoming and calming for a nice night out. Our server Jennifer M. Was so fun, quick on her feet, and kind. Check out this amazing cheese pull too from their delicious mozzarella sticks! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Aww, thank you Arianna for taking the time to share, and we look forward to serving up another 5-star experience soon!

Applebee's Grill + Bar (Owner) 2 weeks ago David, we are so sorry to hear about your visit with us. Letting our guests down is never our intention. We'd like the chance to learn a few more details and follow up with you in the next few days. Please connect with us by copy and pasting this link into your web browser: https://empli.fi/cs/ap74441441 This was a response to a review I gave a couple of weeks ago from the corporate office, so I reached out to them and they took the time to speak to me about the order we placed and the problems with that order. They were very helpful and considerate of the situation and gave us a gift card and asked us to give them another chance? Well we did just that and I really must say that it was just as bad as the last time we ordered from here, basically some of the same problems as before, boneless wings were so over cooked they were like eating rocks and ordered the chicken wonton’s that were so spicy my wife could not eat them ( never had this issue before) also got the fish again at least this time they didn’t put the lemon on it but they did over cook it. The only thing that was good were the pub pretzels!! I am so disappointed with the food that we have gotten from this Applebee’s the past couple of times, we really enjoyed eating there but I don’t believe we will be going back!
