The owners responded with "You were aggressive and abusive to our staff" which is complete nonsense.
Unfortunately the Owner John seems to say that all people are Agressive and Abusive when the post negative feedback which is quite pathetic.
Maybe you should listen to your customers feedback and serve better food instead of the crap you serve currently.
As I own an Organic food company myself I understand what you serve and because you have such a high through put you dont actually care what people say and adopt a rather pathetic approach to threaten your customers to pay or be barred.
As someone who has visited this location on over 60 occasions and on 40 occasions we have visited your bar on countless occasions it would be more prudent to be better with your loyal customers.
Because of your behaviour I have contacted every single location we have ever stayed at to give them our experience and 6 actually recommend you - 3 of which will now not.
When you realise having a monopoly location isnt an excuse for serving bad and cheap food and treating your customers in the way you do.
I wish you all the very best with your monopoly but having a convenient location isnt as important as eating good food and having courteous waiters.
I appreciate you dont care but hopefully others will.
