I came here specifically for the ice cream, because another %Arabica coffee shop in Riyadh doesn't have ice cream machine, while this one does. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine is not available today. The matcha latte was delicious, but although this coffee shop is quite large and busy, only had one staff working here. And this staff is extremely busy, handling both in-person and online orders while making coffee. I think this is exploiting to the staff. A coffee shop should have at least two staff to ensure that the workload is not overloaded. Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an unpleasant experience with one of the bartenders, who displayed behavior that I felt was discriminatory. I chose not to escalate the situation but I sincerely hope no other customers have to go through a similar experience. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Loved %Arabica. The Spanish latte was perfectly balanced and delicious. The interior is very aesthetically pleasing, and the pistachio loaf cake and peanut chocolate were both excellent.
