We regret that this experience caused you dissatisfaction and understand your frustration. The toilet fee covers the costs of cleaning, water/sewage disposal, and hygiene products. Vandalism, such as the destruction of sinks and/or toilet seats, has also prompted the gas station operators to implement this fee.
