I love Arby's get it a lot, love chicken sandwiches and their lemonade! I AM DISAPPOINTED DEEPLY though by the food at this visit. I got a crispy chicken meal. My chicken was a nasty weird hard texture that was due to hard gristle meat, was not fresh either. So basically only the edges were edible. And even that alone this time instantly hurt my stomach. Also my fries were barely warm. Probably all of it sat in warmers for a "hot" minute. Anyways, the people working the drive thru were very pleasant. They were the only plus to this visit. Food: 1 Service: 5

Fries were cold within 2mins after I got them . Didn't care 4 the music that was playing. See was ok. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

The service and food was on point today! I'm saying this outside of the fact there were only 2 people working, with people coming in nonstop. They were respectful, attentive with everyone and doing what they could to keep their spirits up while servicing everyone in the most timely manner possible. I was impressed with their communication and support of one another. My food was hot, presented well and met my expectations!
