Idk who was working today, but he had a cool Naruto tattoo and was awesome. Got our food out in 2 minutes! Like honestly best Arby's service I've ever got, very pleased and will stop again on our next trip up :) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An ultra-fast two-minute turnaround paired with an awesome, anime-loving team member makes for a legendary road trip stop. It is fantastic to know our crew delivered the absolute best service you've ever had with us, and we will make sure our tattooed rockstar gets the massive shoutout he deserves. Safe travels on your journey, and we will be right here waiting to fuel your next trek up the highway!

Waited quite a while to be waited on by drive thru. Then asked if someone would take our order. She said no one would be taking our order that she didnt like our attitude. She was probably under stress and not equipped to be a friendly reprentative of Arby's. Shame on her. Company needs to check who they hire. Time 5:17 on 2-26-26. Female employee. Service: 1

This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We’re very sorry for the long wait and the service you experienced, Jack. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we’ll review your feedback with the team to ensure we’re providing the experience you expect.

Not first time this has happened but my chicken sandwich was thin as a popsicle stick with half inch of breading...previous time I went there the chicken was almost as thin so I decided to open it up before biting and it was purple...this restaurant is one of the worst in antigo Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
