Literally every time we attempt to go there they always say their systems are down.... How in the hell do they make any money they always say you have to have an online order or be doordash. I don't have the ability to order online so that means we will never be able to eat at Arby's because apparently their systems are horrendous. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You shouldn't need an app or a third-party delivery service just to get your hands on our food, Blaze. Constantly hiding behind a "systems down" excuse is a major disappointment and completely shuts out our regular guests. Consider this a direct prompt for our crew to audit this location's hardware and fix whatever keeps crashing the system.
