Placed an $18 order then at the window told the girl I wanted to use a coupon in my app that was free sandwich with $10 purchase and she told me no since I already ordered and had to spend another $10 to use. I think that's disgusting customer service. Who wouldn't let you do that. Not in my entire life have I ever experienced anything so inconsiderate at a fast food place. Should be ashamed of themselves. Will definitely not ever come here again, I'd specifically go out of my way to not give these people money. Proof I actually spent $18. Like who wouldn't just make the sandwich its free anyways. And also forced me to upgrade to large because they were out of medium cups. So customers have pay more without consent . I'm just shocked and I have given hundreds of Google reviews and this is the worst I've ever posted by far.*** Update came back and did a mobile order and got to the speaker and was told we're currently really busy and to wait, I said I did a mobile order and she said you still have to wait even though there's no one in the drive thru in front of me. This Arby's really needs some management training, their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced twice now. Unfortunately I can't cancel my mobile order. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

A $18 purchase clearly qualifies for a "Free with $10" coupon, and our team should have been willing to adjust the order at the window to take care of a loyal guest. We are sharing your feedback regarding the coupon denial and the unauthorized "upsell" on the cups with the appropriate team to address this lack of common sense and professional courtesy.

Not reviewing this place, just need you to know it's not in Marcus Hook! It's considered Upper Chichester or Boothwyn. This is no where near M.H. and the Conchester Hwy doesn't even go to M.H. This address is wrong and very misleading! If I didn't know the area I'd be very confused
