ÉSTE ES UN RESTAURANT DE LOS QUE MAS ME GUSTA. REALMENTE, LA COMIDA ES EXQUISITA. EL GRUPO DE LOS TRABAJADORES SON TODOS MUY AMABLES Y RÁPIDOS PARA TOMAR LA ORDEN Y SERVIR A LOS CLIENTES. EL LOCAL ESTÁ CLARAMENTE LIMPIO. DE FÁCIL ACCESO POR SU UBICACIÓN EN LA MISMA ESQUINA. AH, ME ATENDIERON EN ESPAÑOL, AUNQUE DEBERÍA YO, HABLAR INGLÉS. SIN EMBARGO, LA AMABILIDAD DEL CAJERO, Y LOS TRABAJADORES ME DEJÓ IMPRESIONADO Y SIEMPRE, QUIERO VOLVER AHÍ. RECOMIENDO ÉSTE RESTAURANT, PARA QUE LA FAMILIA Y AMIGOS Y VISITANTES EN AUSTIN, TEXAS, PASEN UN MAGNÍFICO MOMENTO. GRACIAS MILLONES.

Very disappointed, I haven't had Arby's in 5 years, probably won't order for another 5 years. I ordered delivery and they didnt give me the sauce I asked for and didnt give me the dip for my Swiss French dip. Called to see if I could get some form of compensation (idk maybe a coupon?) And the lady just said "awe that sucks" and offered no actual solution. The food is mediocre, I did enjoy the shake but otherwise I feel like I wasted time and money. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1

Response from the owner hace 6 meses

Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce are essential to the experience! We’re sorry we left you hanging today, Genivieve. We'll be using this feedback to help improve moving forward.
