Food was great but took a long time for a online order that should have been ready to go Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner hace un mes

Great food shouldn't come with an unexpected wait, especially when you order ahead on the app, Kyle. We hear you loud and clear on this, and we apologize for the breakdown in our pickup timing. We are going to sync back up with our team to make sure we are prioritizing online prep so your next visit is as quick and seamless as it’s supposed to be!

I have eaten here several times in the past year and never been disappointed. Consistently genuinely friendly folks and the food is excellent for fast food. Today I had the Meal+3: Ham & Swiss, with crinkly fries, mozzarella sticks and a Peach Cobbler for dessert. Very reasonably priced compared to some other establishments. Gave a 4 for atmosphere only because I've never been inside. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Consistency is everything to our team, Marko, so hearing that the food and friendly service never miss a beat is fantastic. That is a legendary order combination you put together, and we are thrilled it hit the mark on flavor and value. We will keep the grills fired up and look forward to your next drive-thru visit!

Haven't been to Arby's in a few years. Thought I'd try the Steak Bites. Not on the menu any longer. Okay, lets try the Pecan Salad. Out of stock. Well. Let's try the Brisket Sandwich. Dry, flavorless. Okay, see you in another couple of years.

Response from the owner hace 2 meses

We pack a lot of pride into our premium meats, so hearing your meal fell flat is concerning to hear. You deserve a hot, juicy brisket sandwich and a fully stocked menu whenever you stop by, David. We appreciate your feedback and will be taking a closer look to help make sure we deliver the experience you expect next time.
