Review for an outstanding employee and very nice person. Teniah I have to leave a review for. She was operating effectively and effectively while maintaining a professional attentive and kind demeanor. Service from a genuinely nice person. Rare. She's a keeper.

Went here today to try out Arby's for the first time.. found a HAIR in my meal as I was finishing up and almost threw up after. Food was mid only thing good was the curly fries, definitely won't be coming back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

Vivian, we are incredibly sorry. Finding a hair in your meal is completely unacceptable and falls far short of our food safety standards. We are letting the team know immediately to ensure this does not happen again. We know this was an awful first impression, but we truly hope you will give us another chance down the road.

This location, for some reason, never gives sauces. Every single time they forget the au jus for the French dip, essentially half of the meal, and how can you not give ANY Arby’s sauce? It’s in the name. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

You are exactly right—Arby's Sauce and Au Jus are essential to the French Dip You are exactly right—Arby's Sauce and Au Jus are essential to the French Dip experience! We hate to hear that we’ve repeatedly left you hanging without your sauces, Chase. We will be forwarding your feedback to the appropriate team to help us improve our accuracy.
