Food was hot. One of the only places in town you can get hot fast food. Service in the drive thru was excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Getting your food blazing hot while keeping the drive-thru line moving at lightning speed is exactly what we aim for. It is awesome to hear we are your go-to spot in town for a fresh, fast meal, Kim. Our lane crew will be thrilled to know their excellent service stood out to you.

Hi Cheryl, that's not the experience we want for our fans. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be sure to review this with our team. We know you're here for the meats, not the wait. Thanks for letting us know, and we hope to make it right next time.

Now normally I love this Arby's! But tonight my hubby Reggie and I went thru the drive thru. When we got home to eat all of the insides of the sandwiches we ordered were falling out everywhere. It's ridiculous and lazy come on guys you can do better than this! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
